For more than two decades, I have built deep expertise delivering full-cycle HR and technology implementations for organizations such as UKG, HRchitect, RSM, and the Straz Center for the Performing Arts. I brought more than a decade of industry experience to every engagement and generated over $4.3 million in revenue.

Along the way, I earned dual master’s degrees, multiple UKG certifications, and volunteered with groups such as HR Tampa, IHRIM, and SHRM. On paper, life was good — everything looked aligned.
